Zippy Sacs Warranty


Zippy Sacs guarantees all of its products sold to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase unless otherwise specified on the product or its packaging. The original sales receipt/proof of purchase is required. This warranty covers the product and its original owner against defects in material and workmanship. If the product is found to be defective by Zippy Sacs during the warranty period--due to a material or manufacturing defect, then Zippy Sacs will repair or replace with like product at our own discretion. Zippy Sacs is only responsible and limited to repair or replacement of the defective product. Zippy Sacs will not be responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of normal wear and tear, accident, improper use, natural break down of colors or materials over time.

This warranty is also subject to the following limitations in addition to any applicable law that may be imposed.

1. All products returned to Zippy Sacs for warranty inspection must receive prior return
   authorization which can be provided through several means; email, fax or phone. We
   suggest that products be shipped freight prepaid and insured. Zippy Sacs assumes no
   responsibility for any product during shipment from the customer to our Warranty
   Department. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
   
   
2. Excluded from coverage under this warranty are the following:
   a. Normal wear and tear.
   b. Damage caused by abuse, misuse, or neglect.
   c. Damage caused by failure to follow the manufactures instructions, improper
       mounting, or improper adjustment.
   d. Damage caused by bleach, chemicals, solvents or harmful detergents.
   e. Damage to Zippy Sacs products caused by any non-Zippy Sacs products.
   f.  Any and all claims resulting from consequential or incidental damages.
   
   
3. Repaired or replaced products are only covered for the remainder of the original
   warranty period.
   
   
4. Any warranty claims must be accompanied by the original sales receipt/proof of
   purchase.
   
   
5. Zippy Sacs products are not covered by any verbal warranties in any way.
