Shipping & Returns
All shipping options and rates are available at time of check out.
We offer various shipping options from Standard to Worldwide Express
Shipping.
Allow 24-48 Hours for an order to be processed and shipped out. Your
order will be processed and shipped through the shipping company
we determine for your items, unless you have specified otherwise.
Standard Shipping
Shipments for the Continental United States, APO, FPO and P.O. Boxes
are only available for Standard shipping. Please allow 7-14 business
days for delivery of merchandise (Monday through Friday, excluding
Holidays). Please note: Deliveries to APO and FPO addresses can typically
take between 4-6 weeks for delivery. Any orders shipped to AK, HI,
Guam, PR and VI must be shipped by 2nd day air or higher. Some locations
in Alaska and Hawaii may require additional time for transit.
Express Shipping
If you just can’t wait to get your hands on your new gear, then we
offer Next Day and Second Day delivery service. Delivery is Monday
through Friday, excluding weekends and Holidays. Any orders placed
through expedited shipping will ship by the next business day, pending
final credit card authorization and verification. Shipping by Next
Day and 2nd Day rates will be calculated at the time of checkout.
Your final amount of purchase, including shipping charges will always
be available for review before you confirm your order during final
checkout. Shipping to APO and FPO addresses is not available through
Express Shipping service.
International Shipping
Standard and Express Shipping service is available to International
locations. Typical delivery is between 10-20 business days for Standard
Shipping, excluding weekends and Holidays. Typical delivery time
for Express Shipping is 3-7 business days, once your order is shipped.
Your final amount of purchase, including shipping charges will always
be available for review before you confirm your order during final
checkout.
International Orders
Always check with the Customs Department in your specific country
regarding its policies pertaining to importation to avoid unforeseen
or unexpected customs fees or duties. These fees can include Custom
Clearance Fees, Import Duties, Tariffs, and Value Added Taxes (VAT).
These entire costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
None of the shipping charges by Zippy Sacs include any of these fees.
Customs fees are normally charged by the company that delivers the
package. The purchaser is liable for any return shipping costs on
packages sent back to us because of tariffs and custom fees that
are due. Size and weight restrictions apply, but most items ship
without any problems or issues. All International shipping options
that are available in your region, will be displayed during the checkout
process.
Shipment Delays
It is usually our policy to ship In-stock products with 48 hours
from time of order. Although, some orders may require extra time
for processing under certain situations. We will immediately notify
you of any delays. If an item is sold-out or out-of-stock, we will
immediately contact you and inform you of the situation. If this
should ever occur, it usually only takes a few days for us to fill
your order and ship it out.
Risk of Loss
Once shipments are delivered to our carrier on behalf of the intended
customer, all Risk of Loss and title for shipments pass to the purchaser,
and Zippy Sacs is no longer responsible for the shipment. All items
shipped outside of the United States cannot be issued a tracking
number.
Returns
Returning an item
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may
return the item(s) to us, and we will refund you or the original
purchaser (In the case it was a gift), the full amount.
You must return the product(s) within 30 days of receiving them in
the original packaging and in new, unused condition, to receive a
full cash or credit card refund.
We ask that you choose a shipping method that provides a tracking number, in case your package is lost in transit.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
To return an item, please use the following steps:
- Click on this form and fill out the Return Authorization Form
(RAF).
- Securely pack the item(s) in the original product packaging, if
possible. Please
include all tags, demonstration CD(s), paperwork, and parts that
came with the
product. All products must be returned in clean, unused condition,
to ensure full
and proper credit.
- Include a copy of your original invoice.
- You must write the RAF number you will receive via email on the
appropriate
box.
- Return shipment to the address below.
A full refund can be expected in the same form that the original
payment was
made for purchase, within 30 days of us receiving the returned order.
All credit for gift returns will be issued only to the original purchaser.

Upon our receiving the returned product(s), we will either issue
you a full refund for
