Q: The Zippy “Bike” Sac looks pretty cool, just how does it work?
A: Our Bike Sac is so innovative in design that it’s sometimes hard to explain without seeing it for yourself! We encourage everyone to view the product demonstration video under the Products page on our site. There are other products out there but believe us, none will give the maximum protection while transporting your bike, then literally zip into itself for easy storage like the Bike Sac.
   
Q: I’ve seen Zippy Bike Sac’s at different event’s, are Bike Team’s allowed to put their name’s on the Sac’s too?
A: Yes, covering your bike with a Bike Sac tells others you’ve arrived! We sponsor our own team of rider’s and you’ve probably seen the Zippy Sacs team name on sacs at different events. They are a mini-moving billboard wherever you go. So having your team logo on your sac will build team recognition and reputation. Q: My friend lives in another state and was telling me about his Zippy “Snowboard” Sac. Does it really go from a snowboard sac and then folds up and zips into itself as a fanny pack?
A: Well, it might be hard to believe but the core concept with our unique products is blending versatility as well as functionality into a single product. That’s exactly why the Zippy Snowboard Sac is so sought after by boarders. Q: I saw your products in a local shop where I live. They seem to be high quality and well built, yet very reasonably priced. How can you offer so much for so little?
A: We manufacture and market all of our products based on volume schedules using the highest quality of materials and production techniques available. These basic strategies help to minimize our overhead while offering a top shelf product for our customers.
   
Q: Where are Zippy Sacs made?
A: Our innovative high quality products are manufactured in Utah and distributed through our corporate facilities in Las Vegas, Nevada. We are proud that all of our products are hand-crafted in the U.S.A.
   
Q: I’ve got what it takes, will you sponsor me?
A: Zippy Sacs sponsors up and coming amateur and professional athletes in the sports of cycling and snowboarding, in a variety of styles and events. (See Sponsorship for complete details)
   
Q: What payment methods are available with Zippy Sacs?
A: Zippy Sacs offers a variety of payment methods and options to their web site customers. Through our online merchant account and our ACH Check Verification process we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and Personal Checks, as well as direct pay in the form of Money Orders and Cashiers checks.
   
Q: I’m a retail store owner, can I purchase at wholesale prices?
A: Definitely, we gladly welcome new dealers. Our business caters to both the wholesale and retail markets. We will never undercut our normal retail prices through our public web site, allowing our wholesale distributors to keep their competitive edge. To qualify, click on Dealer Locator on our home page. Fill out the contact form, and be prepared to supply your store and contact information, including resale license. Once qualified, we will email you a Wholesale Dealer’s Agreement and a price list in a PDF file. This is processed through our Sales Department.
   
Q: How safe and secure is your web site check out process?
A: Our web site check out process is totally secured by our SSL Certificates and is Hacker Safe.
   
Q: What if I don’t trust online payment systems, can I send cash?
A: Cash is king, but please don’t send it through the mail. We are not responsible if you do and it gets lost. Please send a Money Order or a Cashiers Check. Any form of certified payment is a safe way to pay. We can only accept personal checks when submitted through our online ACH check verification process. Q: What is the Waranty on my Zippy Sac?
A: Zippy Sacs guarantees all of its products sold to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. (See Warranty)
   
Q: What is your Return Policy?
A: You must return the product(s) within 30 days of receiving them. Returns must be in their original packaging and in new and unused condition to receive a full cash or credit card refund. (See Shipping and Returns for complete details)
   
Q: How long before my order is shipped?
A: Allow 24-48 hours for an order to be processed and shipped out. Your order will be processed and shipped through the shipping company we determine for your items, unless you have specified otherwise. (See Shipping and Returns for complete details)
   
Q: Where can I find the model number?
A: On the packaging the product came in, or on the inside label that is sewn into the interior of each Zippy Sac product.
