 Registration

In order to complete an online purchase, a user must first complete the registration form. You will be required to give your contact information ( such as name and email address) during this process. We may use this contact information to inform the user about services or special promotions for which there has been an expressed interest.

We request information from the user on our order form. A user will have to provide contact information (such as name, email, shipping address, and phone number) along with financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes while filling customer’s orders. If for some reason we have trouble processing an order, the information will be used to contact the user.

Zippysacs.com takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. Whenever users submit sensitive information via the website, their information is protected both online and offline.

 When a user enters sensitive information in our registration/order form (such as credit card number) that information is encrypted and is protected.. Whenever you are on our order form, the page will be secured and locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when users are just browsing/surfing.

 We use encryption to protect sensitive information online, and we also do everything in our power to protect user information offline. All of our customers’ information is considered private and sensitive and is restricted in our offices. Only employees and support team members who need information to perform a specific job or duty ( such as a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. All of our employees must use password protected workstations and terminal services. Our employees are kept up to date and receive ongoing training in our privacy and security practices within our company. We place extreme importance on privacy of our customers’ and their entire file of any personal information with our staff.
