Originally conceived in the heart of high altitude bicycling and snowboarding in the Utah Rocky Mountains, our venture began during the explosive growth of both of these industries in the early 1990’s.

As avid cyclists and powder hounds, we refused to accept the status quo. We sought out to create new products that are as rugged and practical as they are good looking. From that came world first patented protective gear that is unlike anything else in the industry.
